The opportunity
A workplace design and build business is looking for an experienced project manager to lead the delivery of office projects. The role brings together programme, budget, quality and client relationships.
What you'll do
- Lead projects from pre-construction through to handover.
- Coordinate clients, consultants and delivery teams.
- Manage programme, budget, quality and project risks.
- Keep stakeholders informed and resolve issues as they arise.
What you'll bring
- Experience delivering commercial workplace fit-out projects.
- Confident management of budgets, programmes and subcontractors.
- Clear communication and a practical approach to problem-solving.
